All the team at Castlegate Security were very proud when Her Majesty the Queen paid a visit to her castle here in Lancaster.
Members of our regular 24hr Security detail that work at the Castle were on hand, along with members of the Royal Protection Team and numerous Police Officers to ensure that the visit was successful.
Our Managing Director Colin Preston and Operations Manager Jolanta Cross were honoured to have met the Queen. They were lucky enough to introduce a group of 9 other people with strong connections at the Castle including the Duchy of Lancaster Events Manager Chris Selkirk.
The Dais was designed and constructed by our colleagues from Castlegate Site Services. They were also kept busy in the lead up to this event with various refurbishment projects within the Castle. See the photos of the Queen’s visit on our facebook page.
